Price Reductions by Area in the Last Year - Rocker Guy - 01-08-2013

I've been collecting every single listing on Realty Link for the past year and have carefully stored this information in a database. The attached spreadsheet shows the average price change in each region in the past year (i.e. since January 8, 2012). Minimum and maximum price changes and standard deviation are also shown.

According to this listing data, price drops by area vary between basically 0%, and 10%. Hope you find it interesting. I've attached a PDF showing, graphically, the drops for the worst 20 areas. Full spreadsheet link is below.

Thanks for sharing that, interesting to see that British Properties is among the worst areas. I always find it interesting that some people seem to thing that higher price areas are immune to correction despite the examples in history to the contrary
