I have been using SC Realtor Gary Little’s interactive real estate map for the daily listing totals and that map is dependent on MLS listing data. However, it should be noted that Little does offer this caveat on his site:
So, to recap peak totals reached in 2013 on the Sunshine Coast:

So, to recap peak totals reached in 2013 on the Sunshine Coast:
- Total Active Listings (all types) - 1414 on July 27, 2013.
- Single Detached Homes - 753 on July 27, 2013 (Note: up to and including June 30th, Little had been tracking Mobile Home listings separately from SDH. On July 1st and after, MOPs are now included with the SDH listings.
- Condo/Townhomes - 178 on June 20, 2013, fell and peaked again at 177 on August 31st.
- Land Listings - 494 on July 31, 2013.
