Here is a final overview of real estate sales in the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board market areas.

Nanaimo Re/Max Realtor John Cooper has been an excellent source for VIREB around the Nanaimo area. He makes available VIREB stats but adds his own maps that break down sales in more detail within the larger markets. Here are his year end maps that total the sales for 2013.
