Condo marketer has a trust problem
Does the name Maddox ring any bells?

If you're in Vancouver it might, since there were several stories recently about the marketer having two employees pose as foreign buyers in local news stories.

So you might see how I find this kind of funny. Walking by the Maddox building construction site I see that they have some words printed on the hoarding, but what's that last one?

An oddly placed window seems to change the intent:
