February 28, 2014 Update:

Ah, the Mews. What can one say about it? Not much.

After dropping the prices in October, all the houses were relisted on December 5th and the prices were increased. Well, yesterday, the homes were all relisted again and two homes were given a price drop and on one the price was upped. You can see the results in the new spreadsheet below.

So, the homes are all on a third MLS listing number in less than a year with pricing having gone down, up and down and still no sales. What options are left?

And, to really make you scratch your head, this is what the project website offered after December’s and yesterday’s relists. Go figure, eh.

I think it’s time that the individual(s) responsible for the Mews website drop that “Affordable Prices” web page.
